In Honduras, you can find a large variety of casinos, movie houses, bars and nightclubs. The best movie theaters in San Pedro Sula such as the Geminis, Plaza de Sula and Aquarius are situated either on the Boulevard Morazan or a couple of blocks away from this main avenue.
The National Symphonic Orchestra performs in the Manuel Bonilla Theater, which is about six blocks west of the cathedral downtown.

Karaoke Club in Zona Viva
This is a famous spot visited by many locals. A visit to this place is highly recommended even if you are not a Karaoke fan. This place is simply happening and you can visit to catch on some quality music. Big Daddies, Caribbean and Gators Sports Bar are some other fashionable spots in Zona Viva.
TGI Fridays, Applebee's, Ruby Tuesdays and Fogancito's are other recommended places to dine and dance on the weekends.
For a bit more of local color and atmosphere, consider visiting a local disco on Thursday, Friday or Saturday. Most discos are open every night, Tuesday through Sunday. Check the local papers for promotion nights such as ladies night, live music, beer promotions or open bar (includes cover charge against which you can drink as much as you care to).
Kawamas Bay located on Circunvalcion plays a decent selection of Latin music and has a friendly staff. This place gets extremely crowded on weekends around 11.00 PM. The disco is on till about 5 AM or 6 PM. Cover charges vary from $2.50 to $6, depending on the day of the week.
Confetti's Disco
Located a block on from Kawamas Bay
This is a happening disco and completely in sync with modern music. Confetti's gets crammed with locals on the weekends and plays loud music till around 5am or 6am. A range of music is played on the weekends such as house and techno music.
Cover charges vary from $2.50 to $6.
Millenium Disco
Located in the Social Club Arabe at the end of Barrio Rio Pierdas.
This is one spot considered to be amongst the classiest nightclubs in town.
Friday and Saturday nights are pretty rocking and cover charges vary from $3.50 to $6.
The Sampedrano Cultural Center host events such as concerts, performances and art shows frequently.

Don Udo's
Located: next to Don Udo's Restaurant
This is a nice place to hang out and is normally visited by the locals. Accepts all major credit cards and open until midnight.
Clancy's Bar
Located at the trendy Princess San Pedro Sula.
Open from 5:00 p.m. till 2:00 am
This place is good to check out live entertainment, feast on snacks and sip on some strong spirits.
