Banks in Ibiza are usually open daily from 9am to 2pm except on Saturdays and Sundays. There are some banks that offer some facilities like exchanging money, in the evening times as well.

Fresh food and produce are easily available in these markets and they are ideal places for tourists to look for reasonably priced fresh fruits and vegetables. Markets do not have specialist stores and hence, most commodities can be bought from a single place. These busy market places are fun for visitors both novices and experienced bargain hunters.

There are also several food shops in this tourist place that offer several fascinating food products, which are typical and indigenous to the region. 'Ensaimada' is a delicious pastry that is packaged and presented in a beautiful box. Shops in the tourist centers, especially the larger ones, remain open from 9:00am to 9:00pm. However, it is to be noted that several shops remain closed from 2:00pm to 5:00pm for the famed Spanish siesta. Small beachfront shops are generally open till all hours of the night and at times when the season is on they are open throughout the week.
