The chefs at Aureole, a world-class restaurant, prepare some of the best American cuisine in Las Vegas. This restaurant also houses a four-story, glass enclosed tower of wine with a menu that may well be amongst the best in the country. Aureole has female wine servers (wine angels), performing an acrobatic air ballet while they bungee up and down to take orders.
