The Cuisine American is situated on the 52nd floor of Tokyo's most elite hotel. The restaurant, established way back in 1994, is also considered to be one of the most sophisticated eatery in the whole of Japan. Prices range for main dishes are around $33 to $65, set lunch costs approximately $38, while the set dinners will charge you something between $83 and $125. It charges Saturday, Sunday and holiday brunch at $48.
It is surrounded on four sides by glass and features stunning views especially during the nighttime. The artwork is so beautiful that it adds to the beauty of this restaurant. You can come and enjoy the live jazz in the evenings along with a 1,600-bottle wine cellar.

Takamura is located at the edge of Roppongi. This is a wonderful 60-year-old house, which is perched on a hill, and concealed with greenery. You will notice that there are at least eight private tatami rooms and each of them is decorated and designed in a different manner. When you visit this place you will observe that this restaurant has a very Japanese feeling, which the meal intensifies all the more. The specialties include quail, sparrow, or duck. The seating arrangement is like most of traditional Japanese restaurants.
