Dining

There are not many restaurants in Turks and Caicos, however one is assured of the quality of food in the few, which are available. These restaurants offer a wide range of cuisines, right from Italian to Asian and American, each having a tinge of the Caribbean flavor, which includes the local spices and seasonings. One of the favorite dishes here is the conch prepared in motley of ways in the various restaurants. The other dishes include grouper and lobster, which are freshly caught. Most of the restaurants are situated on the island of Providenciales, but there are a few good restaurants on the other islands as well. The price range varies, but quality is one thing that the restaurants here assure of, no matter which restaurant you visit. However, there is 10% tax levied on every bill.
